One of the most popular excursions, perfect for those seeking a route that is not too long but full of charm, is the one that leads to the <strong>Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Sanctuary, dating back to <strong>17th century<\/strong>, is a jewel of religious architecture set in the countryside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was erected around 1600 to honour Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Local tradition links it to the deep devotion of the \u201cMianesi\u201d who sought protection for their crops and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Architecture:<\/strong> The present church, the result of successive extensions, has an elegant portico (prothyrum) that welcomes pilgrims and offers panoramic shelter over the valley. It is a place of silence and reflection, a symbol of Miane's identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd7e <strong>The Itineraries: From the Court of Marga to the Sanctuary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting from the Marga Court (259 m), two main routes can be followed to reach the religious complex, located at about 350 m altitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. The \u201cStrada Vecia\u201d (Historic Route)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the old cobbled path that the faithful used to walk in procession, a gentle walk, suitable for all, with only 91 metres of elevation gain that will take you to your destination in less than 30 minutes, walking along paved alleyways and a grassy path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. <\/strong><strong>Landrel Trail (Variant for Hikers)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want a more \u201cwild\u201d approach, you can take the path leading to the Landrel cave. In this case, the sanctuary becomes a stage of a broader tour that will take you with a difference in altitude of 150 metres to the Landrel crossroads; this second path is of the hiking type and requires shoes suitable for wooded paths with steeper slopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Journey time: 45 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd04 <strong>The Ring Variant&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order not to go back the same way, we suggest this circular route that starts and returns to the Marga Court:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ascent:<\/strong> From the Corte di Marga, take the \u201cStrada Vecia\u201d to the Sanctuary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stop:<\/strong> Visit the Carmine churchyard to admire the panorama over Miane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuation:<\/strong> Continue towards the Capitello di Sant'Antonio or the Landrel crossroads for a short wooded stretch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return:<\/strong> We descend towards the centre of Miane, closing the loop in Via IV Novembre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcca<strong>Ring Technical Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total distance of the loop is approximately 3.5 km and is covered at a relaxed pace in 1 hr 20 min; the loop route has a difference in altitude of approximately 120 m and a gradient of between 8 and 10%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soggiornare alla Corte di Marga significa avere la storia delle Prealpi Trevigiane fuori dalla porta di casa.
